How to enrich children’s intelligence and how to protect them from sexual harassment, is the title of the first activity that Dr. Hayat Antoun, the pediatrician, conducted to strengthen the capacities of 45 supervisors and child caregiver in kindergartens of social medical centers, 30 January 2010

Dr. Hayat listened to the experience of the supervisors and their live testimonies about how they deal with sexual harassment against children, as she referred to studies that demonstrated a significant relationship between early exposure to sexual harassment and how it affects the academic intelligence of children and the level of their cognitive and academic tests and intelligence tests.

At the end of the workshop, Dr. Ayman Sadik, the general director, welcomed the attendees and delivered a speech on the importance of developing the intelligence of the future child and how to encourage our children to discover their abilities.

He also expressed his interest in raising awareness against sexual harassment, which amounted to about 500 cases in 2017, which contributes to creating unhealthy generations in society.
