Dr. Ayman Sadek, General Director for Caritas Egypt since 2020, has progressive experience as a senior level Manager with extensive background in leading & working with national and international Non-Governmental Organizations.

Dr Ayman has been actively involved to lead operations of NGOs in Egypt and leading organizational transformation process includes; identify needs for programmatic, organizational and operational development – developing country strategy and restructuring.

He worked for Plan International Egypt, for almost 14 years, his last job was Deputy Country Director, Programmes. He has wide experiences on understanding & analysis of the political, social and environmental opportunities in the country. His professional experiences included different positions with Plan International, UNICEF Egypt, and CRS Egypt.

His academic background includes; Plan Management Certificate with Harvard, June 2013, Diploma in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, Raoul Institute, Lund University, Sweden, 2005 and B.Sc. of Medicine, Assiut University, 1994.
